[Invited Review] Edo Ramen @ Gurney Paragon Mall, Penang (6) 6

[Invited Review] Edo Ramen @ Gurney Paragon Mall, Penang!

Goku Raku Ramen has been renamed to Edo Ramen with the introduction of their new menu effective on 7th April 2014. Edo Ramen is still under the same management team of Goku Raku Ramen and their menu has been simplified. Instead of a lot of different kind of foods and choices, the management team decided to streamline their choices in two types of meat served and four kinds of soups to choose from. They wish to be able to serve their famous ramen faster and more efficient, hence, reduced waiting time. And one big positive note is that the price has been adjusted LOWER despite all the increases in their costs. Well done! 🙂

Some dim sum restaurant maintained the quality of their offerings but some reduced their quality despite the price increase. We chose Dian Xin Zhi Jia because of its affordable prices. Taste wise? A HAPPY DAY OUT AT GURNEY PARAGON

It is a really sunny and warm Sunday. Kaya & Butter, both decides to hang out at Gurney Paragon. We had a light breakfast earlier this morning before going to church. Therefore, we are basically quite hungry when we reach Gurney Paragon in the afternoon. There are plenty of people at the mall today, maybe due to the warm weather outside. We are craving for Japanese food recently, so we agree to have a Japanese cuisine marathon this afternoon, by visiting Rakuzen, Sushi Zanmai and Pasta Zanmai.

After some searching and asking around, KayaButter finally found the place. This is not the same as the one in Penang 3D Museum called Made in Penang. That one is YAB Lim Guan Eng having coffee and wearing white shirt. Let KayaButter show you where. 🙂
