This is a very famous economy rice in Air Itam. It is also very popular among the Chung Ling students. They also do home catering.

The place is very packed during lunch hours. It will be quite hard to find parking spaces also. Many of them do illegal parking in front of the shop. There are some legal parking lots behind the shop. You need to drive further around 500m and make a U turn and drive into the morning market area.

The pet supplies shop is located at the corner of Jalan Talipon called Puppy Love Saloon. Too bad that it is closed at the time we reached there, near 8pm. Since we are in town area, we decide to go to Old Green House coffee shop for our favourite bah kut teh aka pork rib soup and chicken porridge.

This is a very famous chicken rice stall in Penang with a lot of our local newspapers such as The Star, Sin Chew and so on, featured this stall before.

Located opposite or some will call it as besides the Penang very famous temple, Goddess of Mercy Temple or the locals will call it as Kuan Yin Teng (Hokkien Language). The Kuan Yin temple will be very busy every 1st and 15th of the lunar month. Full of her devotees who will worship her and also other gods and goddesses there.

Last week, KayaButter needed to go over to Butterworth to service one of our Dr Tron customers. Since the customer stays in Taman Perkasa, Raja Uda, Kaya has the excuse to pay a visit to the famous Butterworth Yam Rice & Salty Vegetable Soup. Butter is not so keen of eating yam rice and especially the salty vegetable soup because of health concerns.
