Definitely the grapes. Kaya’s favourite. It’s quite rare to see grapes in buffets. Appreciate it. Loved the decorations.

One of the main focus of most of the bloggers. Too bad, KayaButter are not a big fan of these. Feedback from other bloggers is that they are decent. 🙂

It’s a rather novelty fusion of squid and otak-otak, one of Malaysian’s traditional dishes. Otak means brain in Malay and this is due to the resemblance of the dish with brains. Hence, the name otak-otak. It’s a grilled fish cake with spices and tapioca. Taste-wise, it’s quite decent.

The beef is a tad bit chewy and dry to KayaButter’s preference. Yet, the tonkatsu sauce kills it. We loved the sauce and it adds great flavour to the beef and makes the dish nicer.

It’s rather interesting to find deer’s meat in buffets. In case for those who don’t know, venison means deer’s meat. It’s good.

This soup received rave reviews among the food bloggers. Very flavourful soup and for seafood lovers, this is your one bowl of heaven. Thumbs up!

Not to be missed in every Christmas Buffet. The bird!
