 This season, Gartien tries to improve more on the texture and  flavor of the pineapple cake. It adds in real vanilla beans in its new recipe.

The buttery aroma on the skin is totally irresistible. It is because Gartien uses real butter with significant proportion. The aroma of butter lingers around my palm and fingers even after I finish eating.

Unlike the traditional one which adds flavorings, flour and  filler like winter melon or  pineapple jam to their filling, in order to cut down the cost .Gartien’s pineapple cake’s filling is 100% real pineapple. So it is very obvious that the flavor tastes very different from the others. That’s why it is my all-time favourite pineapple cake as I enjoy quality stuff.
