These dishes caters to those who loves dragon fruit and soy bean curd, sea coconut and black glutinous. Kaya will call these as ‘niche’ desserts whereby only selected people will be able to truly appreciate these desserts. I can see that Tang Bo Fu tries to cater to many different kinds of desserts preference.
Mango Black Rice receives rave reviews among the food bloggers who had tried it. The combination of mango, mango ice cream and the chewy glutinous black rice is a big winner. Give it a try when you just want to try the best. 🙂
Ice floss is getting more mainstream nowadays. Kaya and Butter love ice floss a lot. It is much softer and nicer to eat compared to shaved ice. This Milk Ice Floss has made a lot of food bloggers keep on scooping it.
One of famous lifestyle blogger in Penang, Emily got lucky for two years whereby the food review she attend is very near to her birthday and we celebrated her birthday during the food review. See her happy face!!! Hahaha.
Overall, Tang Bo Fu did a very good in revamping its menu. A lot of new addition of main course food, finger foods and new desserts. Definitely will be attracting a lot of more new customers. 🙂
