During the same day of review, Eastin Hotel Penang simultaneously introduced their July Buffet Theme which is Peranakan Cuisine for lunch (for non-Muslim) and dinner (after fasting month which is 28th-31st July 2014). The Alley Cafe @ Stewart Lane, Georgetown, Penang!

Kaya was invited by Tour Directions to review one of the famous cafes in Georgetown called The Alley. They are famous for their churros and the one-time craze which Kaya feels that it is getting lesser and lesser that is the cronut, a combination of croissant and donut. Kaya heard from one of the bosses that two pieces of cronut sells for US$30++. That’s how ‘powderful’ (meme) the cronut is. Finally, Kaya get to try it! 🙂

Kim Curry's Traditional White Curry Noodle (1) 1

Kim Curry’s Traditional White Curry Noodle!

It is happy having the chance to review one of the latest Penang white curry mee. This version is from Kim Curry. It mentions that it is Penang traditional white curry noodle with natural ingredients of chili paste, on its packet. Above is the outlook of the instant white curry noodle. It comes in 4 packets per pack(RM6.80). I cannot wait to try out how it really taste like. Will it taste almost the same like the existing brands in the market? …or will it be different?
